What Chilli Wants

Hello Flawless Friday,

Reality TV dating shows and dating...... I'm so over it all! These shows make me stop and really think about oh, let's find Mr. Right and Mrs. Right on national TV so I can make a fool out of myself and the individuals that sign-up pretending to be so in love with me!! Really, are you serious? Who  are they fooling... These people are in love with your stardom and searching to be the next hit like Kim Kardashian for sleeping with someone famous! Tara is a good expample of a female truly there to make a name of herself on Chad Ochocinco's show and don't care for the matter of the heart! Come on people call it as you see it because I am really tired of these reality TV shows trying to portray what isn't reality to us everyday Divas and Divos!! In matter of fact dating is like a reality TV show just plain old FAKE!!!!




I really thought when these individuals (the bachelor, the bachelorette, the bachelor pad) and celebrities (Chilli, Ray J, Flavor of Love, Chad Ochocinco, etc.) picked the last person standing there with a rose or a ring (LOL) they would ride off into the sunset and live happily ever after. I really thought these newly found couples would go out and have a normal relationship. However when I see these celebrities have season two, three, four, ect. I really start to question the nonsense  that is going on with these reality TV dating shows just to make paper$! I am really shock that Chilli would be doing another season but Black Women Magazine have the new promo pictures so I stand corrected.  However, Chill looks really good! I posted the pictures for your viewing.....




To think Chilli had a list or requirements and she failed to put "Don't do no more than one season!!" What Chilli Wants return to tv this November. For season two, I would of much rather see her developing and growing her relationship with the new dude and her family. Not her trying to find a NEW man!! Chilli need to get back with My Boo Usher and call it a day because I did like them together since I can't have him (ROTFLMBO). OMG, I like Chilli and all but this isn't a cool move on her part at all for me. I really see her in a different light now! Chilli should be like Pepe, air one season and go have fun with your new sweetea especially because her son was involved in the show too!! 

However, my opinion doesn't matter because people have to find a legal hustle to chase that ca$h and care for the matter of the heart! I'm not mad at that but don't call it reality TV that's all I'm saying!! Anyhow, here are Chilli's new Divine photos for the promotional campaign for the next season of What Chilli Wants in  Black Woman Magazine. Chilli looks flawless and sexy in her black mini dress!! She is working it!! By the way, NICKI MINAJ made the front cover. She is moving up with her silly lines they call raping!!

Harlem Day- Salute to the Children of Haiti

Hello Sweetea,




I truly love the summer time because this is when I truly come out of hibernation and it allows me to be a Cheap Chic in the City allowing the wind to guide my fun and adventures that await me. I have learned in order for me to live a divine life I can’t always wait on others in order to have fun in the sun. Sometimes you just have to go and don’t be afraid to go enjoy your own company and meet new people while experiencing life. I know people who haven’t been able to explore the joy of being their own BFF! Like going to the movies, taking a trip, go out to dinner, go party, etc. by themselves. Yes, I said it.. DO IT BY YOURSELF!! Get to know who you are!! When I tell people I have done all the above and more solo they give me this baffling and bizarre look but I say go out and be free!! Know how to be with you in order to teach others how to enjoy your company and love!!!

On Sunday, August 25th, I attended Harlem day and can I tell you I had a great time at this day long extravaganza of events before the rain started pouring down on us! They had 2 stages with Hot 97 on one end and Hot 98 on the other with live entertainment and performances until about 7pm. This event was plenty of fun, fashion, food, entrainment and much, much more!!! God works and he truly knows what he is doing even when you’re not sure what to expect!

On a Grind!!!

This was my 1st Harlem Day and it must have been meant for me to be there! Harlem Day was focus on health and as you all know I am focus on living a Fab-n-Fit lifestyle. Also, I am honored to be Co-Chair for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc Queens Alumnae Chapter Health Task Committee in which one of my duties is to plan a health fair. So you know a sister was on a grind asking questions and networking her butt off. Never be too proud to ask questions in order to get answers!! I totally learned a lot and had plenty of fun in the sun! Work hard and Play harder!! You live one life so make it a Divine Life!! I met so much great people and I can’t wait and I will be sure to invite you all out to our health fair! Maybe an interview a two with a couple of the Divas and Divos I met so



Besides the rain cutting my time short, my camera battery died on me so I was totally bum I couldn’t take as much pictures as I wanted to especially with the Salute to the children of Haiti that was so touching. It's good to see Haiti hasn't been forgotten! Christian Cultural Center Youth Choir, C3 performed and brought tears to my eyes. Also, the Antique Car Show competition was amazing! They had some really classical and cute cars out there! I love cars but hate to drive, LOL but I am grateful to have a car since I’m allergic to public transportation! :o)  Anyhow, I wonder which car took home the grand prize …..

I was only able to get a pic of the Red and White car!! LOL

Summer Sun, belly tops,  toes done, flip flops, Lemonade in the shade, Blue skies, hot guys, Late night water fights, Ice creams, sweet dreams, Bathing suits, shooting hoops, Party time, schools out, Sleeping in, sneaking out, Dang Man Summer is really coming to an end… All I can do is think about is how you held me tight through the last 3 months!! Summer I will truly miss you!

What a fun and wild weekend being a Cheap Chic living in the Big City!! I am sadly writing and accepting that SUMMER is coming to an END!! I'm totally not ready for the summer to come to an end which I am hoping it can stay a little while longer because I would love to see if this chemistry we have can last a little longer!! I want you to pull me in closer so I can enjoy the moist and heat you bring when you raise in the morning. The glow and happiness that pulls me in have me thinking about you all night when the summer breeze touches my golden brown skin. You really have me thinking about you all night but I know it has to come to an end and can't last but for 3 months at a time! However, its time to get ready for my weekend love afraid with Labor Day! Time really flies when your having fun and enjoying yourself!! So for Monday Music Madness I pick Mario song Thinkin' about you!



Mario did a very good job and it's sad he really don't get the love he deserve!! Mario keep doing what you do because I see you and I'm rocking with you!!

♫ NEW MUSIC: Fantasia - "BitterSweet" Live on GMA ♫

Hello Sweetea,

Fantasia Barrino,  performs one of her new songs :Bittersweet," from her new album, "Back to Me" out in stores now. The cover of the CD is bad!! Fantasia make-up, outfit and hair looks better than she did on Good Morning America!! I don't know why her stylist didn't suggest she wear a shape-up or a spanx to pull it all together for the blue dress she wore. Also, why did she have the two out of place weave pieces hanging on the side of her face. I'm just saying Fanny! 

One thing for sure you couldn't take away from this young lady is her talent!! Fantasia appeared on GMA show yesterday to plug her new album ‘Back to Me’. Fantasia understand all to well about "Bittersweet" and she performed her butt off! This child brought tears to my eyes! Promo is certainly paying off because this album ‘Back to Me’ is currently number one on iTunes R and B Album Chart and top 10 on the main iTunes album chart.  Her knock-out performance of the new single ‘Bittersweet’ can now be watched right here with one click below…
